My love for training started early. In seventh grade, my cross-country coach introduced me to weightlifting. That experience changed everything. He showed me how powerful good coaching can be and how much it can shape confidence, discipline, and character. That experience shaped the way I approach coaching today.

I’ve been strength training consistently for more than 15 years, and my love for endurance sports has only grown since my middle school cross country days. I was a competitive cyclist for several years, and won my age group at Unbound 200, a 200-mile race across Kansas. Right now, I’m training for the Moab 240 trail ultramarathon, continuing to push my limits and learn more about endurance, resilience, and what the human body can do.

I believe fitness and nutrition are deeply personal. The better I know my clients, the better I can serve them. Health touches every part of our lives, and I take that responsibility seriously. My coaching is built on relationships, trust, and helping clients develop a system that fits their life an builds long-term strength and sustainability.

When I am not coaching or training, you can find me in Shenandoah running trails with my dogs, Rigatoni and Keeper. The mountains keep me grounded and constantly remind me what the human body is capable of.
